PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We offer professional property management services; marketing and leasing vacant units, rent collection, construction, capital improvements, and 24/7 maintenance support.

FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE

Our in-house maintenance addresses all open orders with prompt response to prevent further damage. We offer after-hours emergency maintenance for all items that need immediate service.

BUDGETING AND REPORTING

We provide owners with fully itemized monthly income and expense reports, to keep owners up to date on investment details. We focus on maximizing owners income while minimizing expenses.

VALUE-ADD IMPROVEMENT

We service our clients improvement goals through America General Contractors, our in-house licensed, bonded and insured Class B General Contractor, License #1083262.

TENANT RELATIONS

We perform a full credit and background check for all prospective tenants over 18 years of age. If the tenant breaches our lease agreement within the first 12 months, we secure the next tenant for free.

LEASING

Our service begins with market research and knowledge to understand the highest value to lease. We handle marketing vacancies, leasing vacant units, and tenant screening.
