Julian first became interested in a career in the real estate industry while watching Josh Altman strong arm his way through listing appointments and negotiations in the TV Show Million Dollar Listing LA. On top of the excitement that negotiating and closing a deal can provide, Julian is also intrigued by the way real estate can shape and characterize a landscape or even an entire community. Determined to learn as much as he can about real estate and business, Julian attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance. Complementary to his real estate studies, Julian leverages the knowledge he gained in other courses to crucial aspects of the real estate business such as marketing, entrepreneurship and economic analysis. As a result, he is able to deliver top-tier results and recommendations to his clients.
In his role as a commercial real estate broker, Jordan has represented a variety of clients across the U.S. from developers and family offices to private investors and major institutions. Jordan believes that having control of real estate is a prerequisite to having success in the industry. He is either directly involved or facilitates every step of his transactions.
